ORDERING & PAYMENTS

Debit Credit Card / Paypal / Amazon / Shopify pay / Apple pay / Google Pay.

Email care@flaxandloomuk.com, we will try our best to refund the order before it is shipped out. However, the majority of times we cannot change the details of your order once it’s been made. If you are a UK customer you can use our returns portal to send it back. Alternatively international customers will need to pay for shipping to get the order back to us.

All items are priced inclusive of VAT.

Call us or email care@flaxandloomuk.com. If we can’t intercept the parcel, we will need to wait for Royal mail to send it back to us and then we can dispatch the parcel again.

No problem! You can subscribe to our waitlist on the product page, so you will get an automatic notification as soon as they are back in stock with us.

DELIVERY

If you are ordering from outside the UK your country's import charges will apply. This will vary depending on your location so we recommend checking your goverments guidlines.

We cover all international shipping to help cover any customs cost.

UK - If ordered before 3pm your order should be with you next day, on the 24hours tracked service. If you require guaranteed delivery by 1pm next day, this can be purchased at the checkout. For all other countries, check out our shipping overview >www.flaxandloomuk.com/pages/delivery.

We offer free worldwide shipping, always.

Yes you can by selecting local pick up at the checkout. You will receive a notification when the order is ready to pick up. 

Please check the track & trace information first. If you didn’t receive a tracking link, please check your spam folder. Once the parcel is with Royal Mail or the shipping courier there is little we can do. Please do get in touch if the parcel hasn’t appeared in 5 working days (UK) 15 working days (International) and we can dispatch the parcel again.

If your parcel could not be delivered, it can happen that it will be sent back to us automatically. In this case, we cannot resend it unfortunately. We will refund the amount once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse. Please make a new order in our online shop with a different address.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please make sure your item is unworn, unwashed and is including all tags. If you live in the UK then you can use the royal mail tracked returns service free of charge. Outside of these countries, returns are at your own expense and risk.

We offer free UK returns. Outside of these countries, returns are at your own expense and risk. The price of return is dependent on your country and which logistics company you choose to use. Please make sure you receive a track and trace number to keep an eye on your shipment.

Please include a note in your parcel with the size, colour and style you would like to swap if for. If you are changing address please specify this on the note, to avoid it being sent to your original address. If your exchanging for a product that is more expensive, you will be sent an invoice, once this is paid your item will be shipped. You can expect this to be done within 7 working days. 

Stockists are not responsible for this. Any orders purchased through our website, should be exchanged or returned through our website. 

We understand life gets in the way so if you return your product a little late, we understand so as long as they are unworn, unwashed and including all tags we can process your return for store credit or a giftcard.

We only accept products back for refund or exchange if they are in new condition. This means they need to be unwashed, unworn and tags must still be intact.

Unfortunately, it is only possible to exchange your jeans online.

We endeavour to process returns within 24 hours of receiving them. However we reserve the right to process your refund within 15 working days after we receive your return in the warehouse. Please note: the refund will be sent via the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds can take longer to process as the refund is dependent on your credit card company.

We don’t have our own physical stores yet, but we do offer free UK shipping, exchanges and returns. We also have an extensive range of 80+ stockists in UK/ EU, please see here > www.flaxandloomuk.com/pages/stockists. If you want to see us in other places

We have tried our best to make the experience of buying clothing online as easy as possible because we know how difficult it can be. You can find your size by using our sizing & fitting tool on the product page. Please also check our product description, for advice on whether to size up or down. If you still need help with sizing, we are happy to help. Please email care@flaxandloomuk.com for styling and fit advice.

Our Curny Trouser was 100% designed for you. It’s perfect.

We are continuously working on the fit of our products and on growing our size offering. Due to limited space available in our warehouse we are unable to offer full sizing breakdown straight away. As a newly launched brand, we are continuously working on product fit and are developing technical samples for extended sizing. We estimate these to be available in 18 months.
